A teacher in the Chittorgarh district’s Uncha hamlet brutally beat the groom with a knife in a horrifying event. Luckily, the groom—dressed in a turban—escaped with only a minor head wound. As a result of the ensuing turmoil, the police had to intervene. According to the brother of the bride, the incident happened at the ceremony honoring Krishna and Mahendra’s marriage.

According to investigations, unsolved issues between Shankarlal and the bride, Krishna, from their prior employment at a Government Primary School may have motivated the attack. The juvenile suspect and his companions have been taken into custody by the police.
