Japanese car company Nishan Motor India is now going to cover its Datsun car brand from the Indian market. The company has now also stopped the production of redi-GO, the most popular car of this brand. The company has already stopped production of two other models of the Datsun brand.

There will be no interruption in service to the customers

Nishan Motor says that as long as there is stock of these cars, their sale will continue. At the same time, those who have a Datsun brand car, they will continue to get service from the company. Also, customers will continue to get warranty on their car.

Under the Datsun brand, the company has launched many entry level cars in the Indian market. This includes models like GO+, GO and redi-GO which are among the cheapest cars in the country.

The Datsun brand cars, despite being affordable, failed to woo the customers. Due to their sluggish sales across the country, the company has decided to discontinue the Duston brand.

Due to poor sales of the Datsun brand, the company has already pulled it out of countries like Russia, Indonesia and South Africa. After the production of redi-GO stopped at the Chennai plant, Datsun will now be the only remaining car brand in only a few countries of the world.

Nishan Motor will focus on the Magnite SUV brand

Nishan Motor in India will focus on its Magnite SUV brand, launched in December 2020. So far, more than 1 lakh customers have reposed their trust in the Magnite SUV. At the same time, apart from Magnite, the company is also focusing on Kicks SUV.
