The All India Presiding Officers Conference will begin on Wednesday in Jaipur

According to a formal announcement made here, the All India Presiding Officers Conference (AIPOC), comprising legislative bodies from all over the nation, will begin on Wednesday at the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and be presided over by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.

Vice President of India and Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, Jagdeep Dhankhar, will inaugurate the Conference, which is being hosted by the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, at 10:15 am on Wednesday.

According to the official release, Birla will speak at the inauguration ceremony alongside Ashok Gehlot, the chief minister of Rajasthan, Harivansh, the deputy chairman of the Rajya Sabha, and CP Joshi, the speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly.

The news announcement stated that during the following two days, presiding officers of legislative assemblies and councils from across the nation would brainstorm on a variety of issues relating to democratization and enhancing the efficiency of legislative institutions.
