Ashneer Grover on reports

CredentTv: There is no BharatPe India without Ashneer Grover, who earlier this year left as the MD (Managing Director) and Director of BharatPe.

Ashneer Grover, a co-founder of BharatPe, responded on Monday to news that top executives, including the company’s chief technology officer (CTO) and chief product officer (CPO), have left the fintech behemoth. Mr. Grover, who earlier this year resigned from his roles as BharatPe’s MD (Managing Director) and Director, declared on Twitter that the company wouldn’t exist without him.
“Good individuals do not work for businesses. They collaborate with enchanted Founders to develop, build, and expand! Without @Ashneer Grover, @bharatpeindia does not exist “stated he.

After BharatPe reportedly announced on Monday that three of the company’s senior executives — CTO Vijay Aggarwal, CPO for lending and consumer products Rajat Jain, and Nehul Malhotra, head of consumer lending platform PostPe — had left the company to pursue their entrepreneurial interests, Mr. Grover made the following remarks.

In addition, the company said that there were two to three exits at the mid-managerial level. According to the corporation, Geetanshu Singla, who worked as the vice president of technology, and Manas Poddar, a programme manager at BharatPe, have both left.

Ashneer Grover, meanwhile, has a troubled history with BharatPe. He lost his job in March as a result of major violations discovered by a third party audit while he was in charge. As the head of controls, his wife Madhuri Jain Grover had also been fired due to charges of money laundering.

In a recent announcement, Mr. Grover described his memoir, “Doglapan: The Hard Truth about Life and Start-ups.” His book will be released on December 26 and is being published by Penguin India.

Mr. Grover has been fired from the most recent season of the business reality show “Shark Tank India,” according to the professional front. Ashneer Grover, the former founder of BharatPe, has been replaced as CEO and co-founder of CarDekho by Amit Jain.
