According to the company’s website, Ms. Chauhan fully participates in the development of Bisleri’s advertising and communication strategies and offers important insights in marketing and branding. She also has a deep interest in digital marketing.

It further says that Ms. Chauhan has been in charge of the Sales and Marketing groups, ensuring brand value development and market penetration.

This information was released just days after Mr. Chauhan declared he had no intention of selling his bottled water company, Bisleri International. He had been in talks with the FMCG division of the Tata group, TCPL, for about four months, but the deal fell through.

In a regulatory update, TCPL stated that it has not signed any contracts regarding the purchase of Bisleri. “In this context, the business wishes to update that it has now terminated discussions with Bisleri with respect to a potential transaction and to confirm that the company has not entered into any final agreement or binding commitment on this topic,” the company said.
