Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were together at a recent function. Deepika rejected Ranveer’s attempt to clutch his hand, nevertheless.

On Thursday, March 23, prominent Bollywood stars made chic entrances on the red carpet at the fourth annual Indian Sports Honours in Mumbai. There were some very well-known figures from the entertainment sector in attendance to honour the sporting heroes. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone also arrived on the red carpet in style. Fans, though, believe there is trouble between them. At the event, Deepika Padukone flatly refused Ranveer’s attempts to hold her hand and continued on.

In the Instagram video posted by a paparazzo account, Ranveer Singh can be seen standing by and watching as Deepika Padukone exits her car. Before walking onto the red carpet, the couple touches up their outfits and chats with a few people. Ranveer extends his hand to Deepika as they proceed, but she rejects him and starts walking forward. Later, Ranveer advances, and the pair strike a pose on the red carpet.

After this video was put online, some fans expressed concern. a supporter said, “Their entire body language has altered… They apparently fought before this even (sic).” Another person said, “Deepika Padukone is a good girl. Usne hath nahi pakda, to be precise.” Days kuch toh gadbad hai..he is not liking her postsâ€nor is she holding his hand â€looks like romance ended quickly (sp),” a third person commented.

Another admirer wrote: “There is a disconnect between them. She declined his offer to hold her hand. I believe she utterly disrespects him because she believes she is a larger star than him, despite the fact that he is the more versatile performer. Before she was discovered by NCB, she had the same mentality. He was there when she was at her lowest point and is still not modest (sic).”

On the professional front, Ranveer Singh is getting ready for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, in which he teams up once again with Alia Bhatt following Gully Boy. According to the announcement, the movie will be released in April. Recently, Alia and Ranveer finished the last part of the Kashmir shoot. Cirkus is where Ranveer Singh was last spotted. Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandez played the leading ladies. The Biggie had a special appearance by Deepika.

Whereas Deepika was most recently seen in the popular movie Pathaan. Shah Rukh Khan plays the title character in the action-thriller movie. The movie premiered on January 25. She was also a presenter at the 2023 Oscars.
