Diwali celebrated with joyous fervour at DAV JAIPUR

Diwali the festival of lights is celebrated in various regions across India. The name ‘Deepavali’ literally means an ‘array of lights’. To make the students understand the importance of Diwali, DAV Centenary Public School Vaishali Nagar Jaipur celebrated Deepawali on 21 October ’22. Teachers explained the importance of Diwali, the festival spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. 
Many activities were designed for the students. The students made paper diyas under the able guidance of teachers.

The students made bandhanwars with flowers and beads, diwali cards, paper lanterns, floral rangoli and decorated earthen diyas.Children decorated diyas with colors and glitters.
Both Teachers and students enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.
The Principal Mr A.K. Sharma congratulated the DAV Fraternity on this auspicious occasion. He urged the students to inculcate the values of Lord Rama and make their parents and society proud.
He expressed his desire to have DAVians as Eco warriors by celebrating cracker free diwali.
