Father of Oyo founder Ritesh Agarwal passes away after falling from a Gurugram building's 20th floor

The Father of Oyo Rooms founder Ritesh Agarwal perished after falling from a tall building in Gurugram’s DLF, Phase 5. Suicide is thought to be the cause-

On March 7, Ritesh Agarwal, who had recently tied the knot, threw his wedding reception at the Taj Palace in Delhi.

The Gurugram Police released the following statement on behalf of the department: “At around 1 pm today, information was received from DLF Security that a person had fallen from the 20th story in DLF’s The Crest Society, Sector 54, and he had been transported to Paras Hospital for treatment. The scene of the incident was examined by a police squad and Sector 53 SHO. Ramesh Prasad Agarwal was recognized as a fallen individual after a thorough examination.

He was pronounced dead at the Paras Hospital. Ritesh Agarwal, the deceased’s son, was interviewed for the inquest report required by Section 174 of the CRPC. The scene of the incident was inspected by the Sector 53 SHO and the scene of crime team. The body has been delivered and a postmortem examination has been done.

In the meantime, Ramesh Agarwal, the founder, and CEO of Oyo Rooms passed away on March 10 and his family and I would want to share his passing with you. He led a full life and daily served as an inspiration to me and a great number of people. Our family has suffered a great loss with his passing.
