D Chandrasekhar, a first-generation entrepreneur and member of the 1970 batch of BTech (Metallurgical and Material Engineering) at IIT Madras, founded the Madras Dyslexia Association. In 2009, the Indian Institute of Technology Madras presented him with the Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Geetha Santha Ram, director of the Singapore Dyslexia Association’s assessment services, English language, and literacy division, and staff professional development division, will deliver the keynote address. Doctors, occupational therapists, and experts in the fields of play, parenting, and emotional wellness will be among the speakers at the event.
