He said that memory is an indicator of your being human and this ceremony tells that Prof. In the memory of Sanjay Dwivedi, his ancestors are still alive. Dr. Kumar said that such award ceremonies are proof of the human side of a person. Pro. Dwivedi deserves thanks for this.
The editor of ‘Sahitya Parikrama’, Dr. Indushekhar ‘Tatpurush’ said that the society is the best, where literature gives it direction. That is why literary journalism has great importance in the society. Cultural and economic journalism also follows literary journalism. Dr. Tatpurush said that literary journalism has always had a vision before and after independence and has worked to give a new direction to the country. Literary journalism also gives information, but its responsibility is more than that of the mainstream media.
Dr. Rama, Principal of Hansraj College, Delhi in his remarks at the function said that the whole country is celebrating ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’. The youth of India have to decide their goals. The next 25 years are in our hands. In these 25 years we will change India. This should be the resolve of every person of India. He said that today there has been a decline of language in literary journalism, which is affecting the society and its values. Therefore it is the duty of journalists to take care of the language.
Eminent litterateur Shri Girish Pankaj said that in the era of marketism, people have forgotten their splendor. Sending the elderly to old age homes. At such a time, the work of paying respect in the name of our ancestors, Prof. Sanjay Dwivedi has been doing it continuously for the last 14 years. Shri Pankaj said that there was a time when ‘journalists’ were less, ‘journalism’ was more, but today ‘journalists’ have become more and ‘journalism’ has decreased. Literary journalism works to connect the society. The meaning of literature is ‘the benefit of all’.
On this occasion the editor of ‘Media Vichara’, Prof. Shrikant Singh said that at present the concept of citizen journalism has evolved. Today everyone has a mobile in their hands. Books don’t get a place in the rush of news. In such an era, the respect of literary journalism will serve to give a new direction to the society.
