Judge in Jaipur Court is facing a murder charge following an employee's alleged suicide

Credent Tv: Subhash Mehra’s family members and the Judicial Employees’ Union began an uprising when he passed away.

According to a complaint made by the family of a judge’s employee who allegedly lit himself on fire and died, police in Jaipur have filed a murder case against the judge.
In relation to the passing of Subhash Mehra and Assistant Commissioner of Police (Bhankrota) Anil Kumar Sharma, a case was filed on Sunday against KS Chalana, a judge of the NDPS Court in Jaipur.

On November 10, Subhash Mehra, who was working at the judge’s Kamla Nehru Nagar home, allegedly doused himself in flammable liquid and set himself ablaze on the roof. He passed away in the hospital while receiving care, according to Sharma.

Subhash Mehra’s family members and the Judicial Employees’ Union launched an uprising after his passing, claiming that the judge should be charged with murder.

According to Mr. Sharma, the union also asked that the family members receive fair compensation, and he said that the unrest was still ongoing.
