Keshav Gujjar, Rajasthan’s Most Wanted Dacoit, is Detained Following a Bloody Gunfight

Jaipur: After a hard battle with the police, Keshav Gujjar, a notorious dacoit who is wanted by the police of three states, was captured in Rajasthan. Gujjar, one of Rajasthan’s top ten most wanted offenders, was hiding out in the Chambal ravines. For the previous six months, the police were on the prowl.

During the incident, the dacoit, who is wanted for 1.5 lakh rupees, was wounded in the leg. Since then, he has been taken to a hospital. The police claim that his condition is stable.

He was a Dholpur native who was charged with numerous kidnapping, extortion, and murder crimes.

He was allegedly continuously switching places to hide because of pressure from the police.

“The intelligence at the local level was improved this time. As soon as we knew his specific location, we sprang into action and encircled him. Both sides opened fire at one another. Nobody on the police side was hurt. Additionally, no civilians were hurt. He’s got a leg injury “said Gaurav Srivastav, the Dholpur police superintendent.
