Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 4Matic to be launched in India today

German carmaker Mercedes-Benz will launch its electric sedan car EQS 580 FourMatic in India on Friday. The first feature of this electric car is that it is completely made in India and its second feature will be its range.

According to the information, the company will give a battery pack of 107.8 kWh capacity in this luxury sedan car, which can give this car a range of up to 750 km. Along with more range, a very powerful motor has also been given in this car. In the electric sedan car, the motor that will be given by the company with the four matic will generate 516 bhp and 856 newton meter of torque.

This electric sedan of the company is Made in India. The company has made this car at its Chakan plant near Pune, Maharashtra.

Its information has not been made public by the company yet, but it is expected that its ex-showroom price can be around Rs 1.80 crore. Being a Made in India electric car, it will also help the company to keep its price low. Till now, the company used to import cars from abroad, which would attract a lot of tax and the price of the car used to increase significantly.

Apart from giving a sporty look to the electric sedan, many features like black out grille, sharp LED unit, frameless doors, flush doors, 19-inch alloy wheels have been given in it.

Mercedes’ EQS 580 four-matic electric car will compete with its company’s other electric car like the EQS 53, BMW i4, Audi e-tron GT and Porsche’s Taycan.
