The first project, the SMB-focused website Microsoft for Small and Medium Businesses, brings together Indian business owners and entrepreneurs to network with peers, develop their skills, and experience holistic growth. The website provides access to Microsoft’s curated business and technology courses as well as an SMB Academy that offers training in digital skills. In addition, the website offers motivational accounts of companies from all over the nation, a variety of Microsoft solutions to best meet organisational needs, and simple access to Microsoft’s extensive ecosystem of more than 17,000 partners in the nation.

The Digital Transformation Helpline, the second initiative, provides specialised support to assist SMBs in navigating their technological adoption and deployment journeys. In order to use technology solutions that best address their business challenges, improve operations, boost efficiency, and spur growth, the helpline offers expert advice and assistance. SMBs can call the helpline at 1800-102-1147 for assistance.

The past few years have demonstrated to us that a business’ performance is directly impacted by the adoption of new technology, according to Samik Roy, Executive Director – Corporate Medium and Small Business, Microsoft India. A company needs to migrate to a secure cloud, become more agile and resilient, and develop a technological roadmap for their organisation if they want to succeed in the modern digital economy.

The SMB ecosystem in India is being digitally transformed by Microsoft with the help of reliable technology, ample resources, and a wide network of partners. These new initiatives are intended to help these organisations even more by collaborating closely with them and supporting them so they can accomplish more with less.

Microsoft’s Commitment to Indian SMB Support:

Micrsoft has been collaborating with small and medium-sized businesses to help them thrive in today’s digitally powered economy. Microsft has provided them with trusted cloud technologies, specially designed solutions, skills, and support through ongoing investments and initiatives. Furthermore, Micrsoft has been organising multi-city experiential events like TechMart to assist SMBs with their digital transformation journey. According to a Microsoft study released last year, strong links between technology investments and adoption and business strategies, as well as close collaboration with partners, are critical factors in delivering success for SMBs.
