NATIONAL YOUTH DAY CELEBRATION AT DAV, JAIPUR
“Arise! Awake! and stop not until the goal is reached.” – Swami Vivekananda

The philosophy of Swami Vivekananda continues to be a great source of
inspiration to the youth of our Nation. In order to offer our tribute to the great
teacher, DAV Centenary Public School, Jaipur celebrated National Youth Day on
12th January 2024. On this occasion a special Assembly was conducted to
commemorate the versatile and multi-faceted personality of Swami Vivekananda.
The assembly began with a thought-provoking quote of Swami Vivekanand,
resonating his vision.

Davians recited self-composed poems, expressed their
gratitude in the form of articles and also sang a Bhajan highlighting the principles
of Swami Vivekanand to commemorate the vibrant, creative and intelligent spirit
of this day. A bouquet of activities was conducted for all classes as per the
guidelines given by CBSE. The Principal of the school Mr. A.K. Sharma, in his
address mentioned the contributions of Swami Vivekananda to our great country
and its younger generation and he motivated the students to be good citizens of
India, thus contributing to the development of the nation. DAV, Jaipur aspires to
instil these values and qualities in the youngsters of the nation who carry the
promise of building a New India tomorrow.
