Poonam Upadhyay is the Founder of The Life Coach Institution.
At The Life Coach Institution,our vision is to empower individuals to achieve their potential and live their desired life.
We help and support individuals in every step of their journey.whether their are looking to propel their career forward, make an important life transition or accomplish a stretch goal.

At The Life Coach Institution, Poonam has coached many clients individually and in groups to improve their live, their businesses and their careers.
Q: How did you plan to be a Mental Health Expert/Healer/Counsellor, what was the key challenge?
Poonam Upadhyay founder of the The Life Coach Institution has faced many challenges in her life but Poonam’s journey began when she had faced the biggest challenge of her life of feeling unfulfilled despite of having everything she thought she wanted in life and when she overcame her own challenge then she voluntarily started to help others to overcome their challenges and share step by step guide with them.

Q: explain about your career and the challenges that you faced starting your career.
Poonam was working in corporate job,was having a loving family,friends, a car and a house but still she didn’t look forward to waking up in the morning, going to work or even socializing with friends.She realised she was living for others instead of herself.
One day she read an article and started following all the steps mentioned in that article. To he surprise, her life began to change for better day by day.She shared her newfound insight with her family and friends and saw their lives change for the better as well.
This experience led Poonam to professionally pursue a career as a life coach,where she could help others change their lives and live more meaningful and fulfilling ones. At Life Coach Institution now Poonam offer one on one coaching,group coaching & online coaching.
Q: What are your future plans and projects?
After working with working adults now our plan is to nurture our future leaders. The life coach institution is on mission to empower kids and teenagers to build and maintain strong , healthy friendships.
Our friendship strategy will help kids and teenagers discover their inner power.
