Rajasthan Weather Today: Heavy rain in many districts even today, know the condition of your district

The rain which has been going on for two days in Rajasthan continued on Sunday as well. This process of rain will still continue for two-three days. Talking about the previous day, there was heavy rain in many districts of Bharatpur, Udaipur, Kota, Alwar, Sawai Madhopur. The rivers and streams were flooded. Once again the water was drained by opening the gates of the dams.

It rained continuously for 48 hours in Bharatpur. It received 227 mm of rain in the last 24 hours. On the other hand, one inch (31 mm) of rain has been recorded in Karauli district and 17 mm in Udaipur. Due to rain, the temperature of many districts also changed.

After incessant rains, 15350 cusecs of water was withdrawn by opening 10 gates of Angai dam on Parvati river in Dholpur district. On the other hand, the Kota-Sawai Madhopur road remained closed due to water on Chambal’s Jharail bridge. The gates of Fatehsagar and Udaysagar lakes were opened in Udaipur. Similarly, due to the inflow of water in many dams in Kota, monitoring of the dams is being done there too.

Rain and lightning warnings have been issued in 22 districts of Jaipur, Ajmer, Bharatpur, Kota, Udaipur divisions of Rajasthan till October 11. The weather will be normal from October 12. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in most cities of Rajasthan may remain below 30 degrees Celsius for the next two days. On October 10, there is a rain alert in all 7 divisions. On October 11, there will be rain in Jaipur, Ajmer, Bharatpur, Kota, Udaipur divisions. Weather will remain clear and dry over West Rajasthan.
