Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, sanctioned the creation of an expert team last month in order to address the problem of phones in the national capital’s jails. In an effort to stop prisoners from using mobile phones, the 10-member team, led by the director general (prisons), has been tasked with locating the best signal jammers.
