Six thousand soldiers will be deployed for King Charles’ coronation: warships will be saluted, and Second World War aircraft will fly past.

King Charles will be crowned in front of 6,000 British soldiers. This will mark the largest troop deployment in Britain in the previous 70 years. The Ministry of Defence in Britain has provided information on this. During the coronation, King Charles and Queen Camilla will be escorted between Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey by a large contingent of soldiers, according to the ministry.

On May 6, there will be a coronation. Apart from that, British warships and army bases all over the nation will salute the new king with guns. This will be followed by a flypast of contemporary fighter jets and a display of military aircraft from World War II known as “Spit Fire.”

According to Defence Secretary Ben Wallace, this would be a magnificent and wonderful tribute from our side to King. In reality, the only person who has the authority to command the armed forces in Britain is the King or Queen. The King will be crowned with the help of soldiers from 35 Commonwealth nations in addition to the UK.

The motorcade of the King and Queen will travel from Buckingham Palace to Westminster over a distance of two kilometres. He will arrive at the Parliament for the coronation at 11 am, Admiralty Arch, Trafalgar Square, and Statue of Charles I during this time. The King-Queen will ride back to the Palace in a 260-year-old Gold State Coach Chariot following the ceremony.

The new monarch of Britain won’t wear a Kohinoor-studded crown.

Queen Elizabeth’s Kohinoor-studded crown will not be worn by Camilla, the wife of King Charles-III, the new monarch of Britain, at the coronation. London’s Buckingham Palace made this announcement. The Royal Family, according to the BBC, made this choice with the hope that relations with India wouldn’t deteriorate.

After this choice, Camilla is getting ready to wear Queen Mary’s century-old crown. On May 6, Camilla will be formally crowned as queen by the Queen Consort. She will don the new crown during this time. The Royal Family is also said to have sent Queen Mary’s crown to be resized to fit Camilla’s head.
