The argument between a YouTuber and Mahindra, the largest utility vehicle manufacturer in the nation, is currently one of the internet’s most contentious discussions

In case you missed it, a YouTuber by the name of Arun Panwar recently posted a video showing his Mahindra Scorpio-leaky N’s sunroof, which he positioned under a waterfall. There were numerous theories as to why the video became popular on the internet. Mahindra recently seized the chance and drove a different Scorpio-N to the same waterfall to demonstrate that it had no leaks. The YouTuber has now responded to the corporation again after seeing its response.

A huge corporation like Mahindra taking the time to respond to him makes him proud, the YouTuber said in his video, but he also acknowledges that the method they went about it is not ideal. The argument, he claimed, is absurd because he never brought up the Scorpio-design N’s sunroof’s issue or accused Mahindra of misconduct in the first place. He said that his argument was straightforward: the sunroof rubber on his particular car was defective, causing it to leak.

The entire purpose of the film, according to Panwar, was to demonstrate that his Scorpio-N had a manufacturing flaw and not all Scorpio-Ns in the nation would experience the same issue. Then he asks Mahindra officials to go to their service facilities and count how many brand-new Scorpio-N vehicles have issues that are similar to or worse than those reported. He says that his intention was not to defame the brand. His only goal was to learn the reason why it happened.

He continued by sharing a brief video of a another Scorpio-N in which three passengers ask Alexa to close the sunroof. According to YouTuber Panwar, the sunroof rubber is also loose and has a gap in the same video. He further said that this particular car would leak if it were driven beneath a waterfall. Then he published a second video of an Audi with the same leaky sunroof, to which he added the caveat that if an Audi can have it, why not a Mahindra?

He also uploaded a video showing a blank infotainment screen on a Scorpio-N. He said with sarcasm that if his infotainment screen is working and the one in the video isn’t, then the guy has done something wrong, according to Mahindra’s logic of uploading a video of another Scorpio-N. He forwarded an email that revealed another Scorpio-N had a sunroof with loose rubber that might be the source of the same leak.

Then YouTuber Panwar says he is upset that Mahindra posted a video to refute him rather than getting in touch with him and inquiring about what transpired. He said, “I understand the car is from the initial lot of automobiles that Mahindra delivered and could have had problems, but instead of taking the input the firm went after me to defame me and insinuate that I might have done something to the car to gain views,” he said.
