The AAP refuted an allegation made by the BJP on Thursday that the Delhi government will place “I love Manish Sisodia” tables in state-run schools to encourage people to show support for the detained leader.

In order to show support for the detained leader, the Delhi government, according to the BJP’s Thursday assertion, will install “I Love Manish Sisodia” tables in state-run schools, the AAP refuted the report.

After his detention by the CBI in connection with suspected corruption in the creation and execution of the now-scrapped liquor policy for 2021–2022, Mr. Sisodia, who had 18 ministries in the Delhi administration, including education, resigned from the Cabinet.

It is terrible that the Delhi government “is not ceasing its filthy politics in the guise of education and has now sunk as low as enlisting innocent school students in it,” according to Praveen Shankar Kapoor, a spokesman for the Delhi BJP. This is true even after Mr. Sisodia’s imprisonment. The Delhi government responded by issuing the following statement: “None of the government’s departments or employees are associated with any such action. It is simply BJP policy.”

“Special ‘I love Manish Sisodia‘ tables would be set up in government schools under the sponsorship of Delhi government to elicit compelled support for Sisodia from children,” the BJP leader said. ” The Delhi BJP calls for the immediate cancellation of the “I love Manish Sisodia” desk campaign and strongly condemns the filthy tactics of pressuring schoolchildren to endorse Sisodia “said he. Mean while, senior AAP leaders delivered letters written by students to Mr. Sisodia.

Images of the messages were posted on Twitter by Atishi, who will soon be a minister in the Government. “BJP people: No matter how many unfounded accusations you level, you will never be able to shake the affection that the children of Delhi have for Manish Sisodia,” she stated.

“Amazing… Children of Delhi are exhibiting an unprecedented outpouring of affection for their favourit Education minister with messages of #ILoveManishSisodia,” Jasmine Shah tweeted in response to other tweets with similar sentiments. But, Mr. Kapoor requested Delhi LG V K Saxena to halt the campaign in a tweet.

The NCPCR chairperson was mentioned by the BJP leader in another tweet, when he claimed that the AAP was pressuring parents to have similar messages written for Mr. Sisodia. Manish Sisodia is the target of an AAP campaign that involves bullying government school kids. Parents are under pressure to submit letters or risk having their children fail their examinations.
