After dominating the box office for almost three weeks, Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan and Kartik Aaryan’s Shehzada are now squaring off
Pathaan Box Office Day 24 (Early Trends): The actioner directed by Shah Rukh Khan has been breaking box office records and ringing in the cash for almost three weeks. After dominating the box office, the movie is now battling Kartik Aaryan’s Shehzada.
This week, Siddharth Anand’s action extravaganza earned 500 crores domestically and is on track to eclipse Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’s lifetime earnings (Hindi). The movie was also a huge hit on the worldwide box office.
In terms of box office earnings, Pathaan has amassed a total of 976 crores. The Shah Rukh Khan-starrer maintained a rock-steady performance despite a strong trend at the box office. It goes without stating that the film has become the most profitable Bollywood production ever in addition to being the most profitable installment of YRF’s Spy Universe.

Despite the tickets being sold for only Rs 110 on Thursday, Pathaan made 3.40 crores. If the ticket costs hadn’t been lowered, the attendance may have been higher. On day 24, the Shah Rukh Khan movie made between 1.5 and 2.50 crores, if early trends give any indication.
Shah Rukh Khan’s return film has already topped the lifetime box office earnings of other films, including Dangal, KGF: Chapter 2, The Kashmir Files, and many others. Along with reviving Bollywood, the film also assisted in the renaissance of a number of single-screen theatres.
The overall income for Siddharth Anand’s film will be between Rs. 507.35 and Rs. 508.35 crores with Friday’s earnings. Shehzada will be screened alongside the Shah Rukh Khan movie for the first time in three weeks. So, for Pathaan to continue to be lucrative, it just requires 1000+ screens.
Box office figures are based on projections and data from a variety of sources. Koimoi has not independently confirmed the numbers.
