Rahul Gandhi thinks that given the seriousness of the threat, India must take military action

Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, has criticised the NDA administration, saying that MEA S. Jaishankar does not comprehend the danger that China brings to India. Gandhi claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s claim that “nobody has invaded Indian land” is an invitation for China to renew its attack on the LAC while addressing members of the Indian Journalists’ Association in London.

Gandhi responded that India should respond militarily given the threat’s nature when asked how it should handle military threats. S Jaishankar and the administration, he said, did not comprehend the true nature of the threat posed by China, as evidenced by the prime minister’s remark.

Gandhi made it clear that, with regard to India’s stance on the Russia-Ukraine war, he supports Indian foreign policy and does not significantly disagree with it. He criticised the administration, though, for failing to take action in response to China’s confrontational and belligerent border behaviour. He stated that India must exercise caution and that the government must be aware of the threat that China represents.

Rahul Gandhi continued, “The Chinese are operating in a hostile, aggressive manner, and we need to be very, very careful. I have been expressing that again and again, and I don’t think the government has realised this.

Rahul Gandhi stated that the Congress will not permit anyone to enter Indian territory in relation to their stance on China. He claimed that the Prime Minister’s denial of the occurrence had made matters worse and that it was unacceptable for the Chinese to invade Indian land and kill Indian soldiers. Rahul Gandhi thinks that a democratic world needs to be strengthened, and that India needs a plan to deal with the massive inequity that is exploding there.

Rahul Gandhi was not the one who dispatched the Army to the Line of Actual Control (LAC) to oppose China’s army deployment, according to earlier claims made by EAM Jaishankar. He further stated that the Congress party should examine what transpired in 1962 with honesty.
