Massive internet blackout soon? X-class solar storm to hit Earth after solar flare explosion on Sun
According to space and weather experts, the appearance of two new sunspots on the Sun has sparked a wave of concern, with the expectation that a global blackout will hit the Earth soon.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) recently issued a warning about an impending solar storm that could cause major power outages and signal blackouts. This is due to the presence of two unstable sunspots on the side of the Sun that faces the Earth.According to experts, a solar storm triggered by a massive solar flare explosion on Earth can cause power and internet outages in some areas, as well as loss of radio and GPS signals in others, posing a serious threat.

The NOAA warning states that there is a high probability of an M-level solar flare eruption and a low probability of an X-level solar flare eruption. If an X-class solar storm strikes Earth, theThe solar storm is expected to strike the Earth this week, causing disruptions over the weekend. Many solar storm-related blackouts have already occurred in Pacific areas in recent weeks, causing inconvenience.
Further, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) shared alarming footage earlier this week, the scientists from the agency detected a piece of the Sun “breaking away” and swirling to form a massive “polar vortex”.According to media reports, “Implications for understanding the Sun’s atmospheric dynamics above 55° here cannot be overstated!” said a NASA space expert. This new solar development is also one of the reasons why solar storms could hit Earth soon.
According to space experts, an X-class solar storm can cause major disruptions such as a near-global internet and electricity outage, as well as loss of radio, cell phone, and mobile signals in some areas.
