On Tuesday, Sergey Milyakov, the ship’s chief engineer, who was anchored off Paradip port in Odisha, was discovered dead.
On Tuesday, a Russian man, 50, who was the ship’s chief engineer and was anchored off the port of Paradip in the Indian state of Odisha, was discovered dead. The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is currently looking into the deaths of two other Russians, including a multimillionaire, in the state last month.
The ship’s master informed them that Sergey Milyakov, the head engineer, had passed away from a heart attack, according to PL Haranadh, chairman of the Paradip Port Trust. “A post-mortem is being performed on the body. His family will be notified, Haranadh promised. He declined to make any further remarks about the ship or the other crew members.
Milyukov passed just ten days after two Russian nationals mysteriously perished in a hotel in the Rayagada area of Odisha.
On December 21, four people of Russian descent checked into the motel. A day later, Vladimir Bidenov, 61, supposedly passed away from a heart arrest. According to reports, Pavel Antov died after falling to his death from the hotel’s terrace on December 24. His post-mortem revealed that he had suffered internal wounds. According to Bidenov’s autopsy, a heart attack caused his death.

Antov’s laptop, phone, and passport were taken by the CID on Monday. It had already collected samples from the cremated remains and ashes of the two Russians. Due to the fact that the two were Christians, the cremation caused a stir.
In order to further investigate Pavel’s killing, a CID official suggested they might turn to Interpol. The first person to arrive at the hotel following Bidenov’s murder was assistant sub-inspector SK Singh, and three ambulance drivers were also questioned by investigators.
The Rayagada police superintendent was also asked to submit a report regarding the killings to the National Human Rights Commission.
