Birthday of Srinivasa Ramanujan

Credent Tv: The birthday of the great mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan was celebrated with enthusiasm at MPS International. On this occasion, celebrated as National Mathematics Day, the students made everyone aware of Ramanujan’s life in a special prayer meeting.

Students presented poems and songs on mathematical figures and attractive dances on interesting notes. Mathematical knowledge in daily life was explained through a short drama. An exhibition was organized to remove the fear of mathematics from the minds of the students and to generate interest in them. In this exhibition, the students made
different types of models and gave information about their different models. Through the working model, they explained simple ways to solve difficult problems related to mathematics.

The best model competition was also organized in which the winning students were rewarded. The teachers of the Mathematics Department also gave suggestions on how to make the subject of Mathematics interesting through various types of easy puzzles. Hon. Secretary Mr. Deepak Sarda and Principal Ms. Archana Singh encouraged the students for the development and promotion of mathematical skills.
