Gulab Chand Kataria, the leader of the opposition, renewed his criticism of the state administration on Thursday in reference to the paper leak problem and questioned the use of private organizations to administer the REET exam.
In a discussion about the governor’s speech, Gulab Chand Kataria claimed that district collectors and special police officers (SPs) were given responsibility for the exam in a meeting on September 15 of last year and that a follow-up meeting, presided over by the chief secretary, was held on September 23 to confirm this.
“Who employed the private workers? Whose instructions was it to be preserved at Shiksha Sankul when it was agreed that the paper would be kept at several locations? Why did private individuals get responsibility? Who will the Rajasthani students blame if the double lock on the paper breaks? “enquired Kataria.
The senior BJP lawmaker referred to the teacher recruitment exam paper leak as a major scandal. “These pupils began working on the leaked paper at 8 o’clock at night and received it at 2 o’clock. The SP pursued and apprehended the suspect. “Students’ futures will continue to be in jeopardy until all those charged in the paper leak cases are apprehended,” he said.

33% of the state’s teaching positions remain unfilled, according to Kataria. “The state’s 1,700 English medium schools were upgraded, but the government did not approve even one job for them. There are no qualified English-speaking faculty members at these colleges “Kataria remarked. He added that the hiring practices at these colleges reeked of nepotism.
In addition, Gulab Chand Kataria claimed that the state administration had taken land from 15,800 farmers who had defaulted on loans despite having promised to forgive their debts.
