Launch of a new Lava Blaze 5G model with greater RAM and storage: Check the cost and specifications

Lava has added a new model to its lineup of Lava Blaze 5G smartphone variants. The company has introduced a new, potent model with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Recall that the Lava Blaze 5G was first unveiled by Ashwini Vaishnav, the Minister of Communications, Electronics, and Information Technology, at the Indian Mobile Congress 2022 (IMC), which was held the previous year.

Lava Blaze 5G 6GB RAM variant: Price and availability

Priced at 11,999 rupees, the Lava Blaze 5G (6GB RAM with 128GB storage option) is available. It’s interesting to note that the company is currently offering the smartphone version for an initial price of 11,499. This smartphone comes in Glass Blue and Glass Green colour variants and has a glass black design. Both Amazon and the company’s own website will offer it for sale.

Lava Blaze 5G 6GB RAM variant: Specifications and features

The Lava Blaze 5G 6GB RAM and its original variant are very comparable. It has a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. Additionally, the display has a water drop notch and a flat edge style.

The MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, which powers this device, features an octa-core processor with a 2.2 GHz clock speed, LPDDR4X memory, and UFS 2.2 storage. A memory card port is also included in the latest version, allowing for memory expansion of up to 1TB. The gadget has a 5,000mAh battery that has been optimized by the 7nm SoC for battery life.

The Lava smartphone is said to have a simple user interface and run the Android 12 operating system. It’s interesting that it has a feature that is uncommon in modern smartphones: anonymous call recording. Additionally, the smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for locking and unlocking.

In terms of optics, the new Lava Blaze 5G model features a triple rear camera arrangement, with the 50MP primary camera sensor leading the pack with EIS and 2K video recording. The device has an 8MP camera and a screen flash for selfies and video calls.
