Mumbai defeated Hyderabad by 14 runs in a thrilling game; Arjun Tendulkar recorded the first IPL wicket for Mumbai. Cameron Green was the match’s MVP.

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) were defeated by Mumbai Indians (MI) by 14 runs in a thrilling Indian Premier League (IPL) game. 20 runs were held off by Arjun Tendulkar in the 20th over. In the final over, he caught Bhuvneshwar Kumar for the first wicket of his IPL career.

Only 4 runs were scored in the 19th over by Cameron Green. Additionally, he played a 64-pitch, no-out inning in the opening frames. Mumbai scored 192 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs while batting first at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad after losing the toss. Hyderabad’s response was meagre, scoring just 178 runs in 19.5 overs.

After losing the toss and choosing to bat first, Cameron Green of Mumbai scored fifty runs. He continued to bat and helped the team surpass 190 runs.

2. Mayank-Klasen wickets Mayank Agarwal and Heinrich Klaasen were dismissed in back-to-back overs. In the 14th over, Klaasen was out to Piyush Chawla, and in the 15th over, Riley Meredith was out to Mayank. After both were out, Hyderabad was put in a bad position.

3. Sunrisers Death Over Bowling In the final two overs, Hyderabad needed to score 24 runs. At the crease were Abdul Samad and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Apart from them, Aiden Markram (22) and Abhishek Sharma (1 run), Harry Brook (9), Abdul Samad (9), Marco Jansen (13), Washington Sundar (10), Bhuvneshwar Kumar (2), and Rahul Tripathi (2 runs) were all dismissed for 7 runs. After scoring two runs, Mayank Markande was declared out.
