Mukesh Ambani stated at the UP Investor Summit that the telecom division of his group, Jio, will roll out 5G services throughout the state by December 2023.
Ambani talked about Reliance’s plans to enhance its reliance on a variety of state-produced agricultural and non-agricultural goods.
Mukesh Ambani, a billionaire, promised an investment of Rs 75,000 crore over the following four years in Uttar Pradesh’s retail and new energy businesses, as well as the rollout of 5G services.
On February 10, he stated during a speech at the UP Investor Summit that the telecom part of his firm, Jio, will roll out 5G services throughout the state by the end of 2023.
He said, “Jio Platforms will aid in the modernization of all sectors of business and industry, agriculture, the social sector, and governance. “India is rolling out the fastest 5G network over the entire nation as we speak, in the year 2023.”
Ambani also discussed Reliance Retail’s ambitions to modernize “hundreds of thousands of kiranas” and small stores throughout UP so they may expand and make more money.
The billionaire spoke about Reliance’s aspirations to establish 10 GW of renewable capacity, launch a bioenergy company in Uttar Pradesh, and enhance its sourcing of a variety of agricultural and non-agro products from the state.

Reliance Foundation, the business’s charitable arm, will keep working with partners and the government to enhance lives and livelihoods in the state, he said.
In essence, Reliance would keep on working for UP, jee jaan se, he concluded.
