In the final T-20 series game, the Indian women’s team defeated England by a margin of 5 wickets. The team has triumphed over England following four straight losses. The Indian squad’s most recent victory over England came on September 13, 2022

Team India narrowed the gap between defeat and victory in the three-match series with this win. After winning the first two games of the series, the English team had a 2-0 lead; however, India leveled the score with a victory in the final match.

At the Wankhede ground in Mumbai, England won the toss and elected to bat first. They lost all six wickets in 20 overs but managed to score 126 runs. With the loss of 00 wickets, Team India managed to reach the target of 127 runs in 00 overs. The player of the contest was Shreyanka Patil. In his allotted four overs, he claimed three wickets for 19 runs.

Smriti Manghana participated in a 48-run inning.

Smriti Mandhana, the Indian opener, had an outstanding 48-run inning. After Shefali Verma was out for 11 runs, she continued the innings and increased the total to more than 100 runs. A middle order contributor, Jemimah Rodriguez scored 29 runs.

Sophie Eccleston and Freya Kemp grabbed 2-2 wickets for the English side. Charlotte Dean secured a single wicket.

English captain Heather Knight won the toss and elected to bat first. She got her fifth half-century in her T20 career with her fifty. At a striking average of 123.80, he scored 52 runs on 42 balls. In her inning, Heather hit three fours and three sixes. With the exception of Heather, Amy Johns scored 25 runs.

Shreyanka Patil and Saika Ishaq shared three wickets each.
