Work Smart Not Hard..

You have probably heard these lines, “you have got to work smart not hard”.

How can you define working smart ?Would working smart mean less work and not working hard?  Do smart people not work hard? Confusing.

Working hard is considered to be the key of achievement. Many  of us miserably fail at achieving our goal even after working so hard at it . but did not succeed. We sometimes fail only for few marks.

Smart means making smart choices. Its about making the right decision, or the right choice. Right? Working hard or working smart cannot be separated from each other. Even when working hard you have to make smart choices. You cannot just wake up one day and say to yourself, “Today I will make smart choices”. No, you should say that to yourself every day and work “hard” on it.

Just Be smart about setting your goals and you priorities. Be smart about your goals in life and then work on it.. Make mistakes but be smart enough to learn from them.
