Grant Bradburn has been named the new head coach of Pakistan.

Grant Bradburn has been named the new head coach of Pakistan. He will be in charge of the series against New Zealand. Patrick will serve as his batting coach.
The coaching staff for the upcoming limited overs series against New Zealand has been revealed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). For the series against New Zealand, PCB has named Grant Bradburn as the men’s team’s head coach. In addition, South African Andrew Patik has been appointed as the team’s batting coach for Pakistan.
On April 11, they will both arrive in Lahore. The Pakistani team will be led by Babar Azam. Against New Zealand, Pakistan will play a five-match T20 and five-match ODI series. There will be a large number of veteran Pakistani players participating in this series. which also includes prominent fast bowler Shaheen Afridi.

The board also approved Grant Bradburn‘s appointment as head coach. Andrew Patik and Umar Gul have been named as the batting and bowling coaches, respectively, with Abdul Rehman serving as the assistant head coach.
Grant Bradburn has appeared in seven Tests for New Zealand.
Grant Bradburn, 56, represented New Zealand in seven Tests and eleven One-Day Internationals. Grant Bradburn previously served as Scotland’s head coach. At the same time, he served as Pakistan’s fielding coach from 2018 to 2020.

New Zealand T20 squad: New Zealand: Tom Latham (c), Mark Chapman, Matt Henry, Cole McConkey, Daryl Mitchell, Rachin Ravindra, Ish Sodhi, Will Young, Chad Bowes, Dane Cleaver, Ben Lister, Adam Milne, James Neesham, Henry Shipley, Blair Tickner.
New Zealand ODI squad: Tom Latham (c), Henry Nicholls, Tom Blundell, Cole McConkey, Daryl Mitchell, Rachin Ravindra, Ish Sodhi, Will Young, Chad Bowes, Ben Lister, Adam Milne, James Neesham, Henry Shipley, Blair Tickner .
Both teams will compete in five matches. T20 and ODI tournaments
From April 14, Pakistan will host New Zealand for a series of five T20s and as many ODIs. The first five T20 series between the two countries will be played. Following that, 5 One-Day Internationals (ODIs) will be played from April 27 to May 7. The first T20 match will be played on 14 April in Lahore.
