The company’s ‘Janani’ AI assistant is rumoured to offer individualised advice and insights catered to each parent’s particular requirements and circumstances.

Totto, a tech company based in Kerala, announced the launch of Cuddle on Monday, a service that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to support expecting and new parents throughout pregnancy and parenting.

According to the company, Cuddle will offer a comprehensive suite of services tailored to each parent’s specific needs, such as prenatal care and nutrition, postpartum recovery, infant development, and more.

“Cuddle is now available on WhatsApp, providing parents with a convenient and dependable way to access personalised guidance and assistance from a team of experts,” the company announced in a press release.

Totto CEO Jofin Joseph stated that parents face a variety of challenges on a daily basis, but the options for seeking trusted adviceare limited.

According to Joseph, parents can ask questions and share their concerns with the AI.

“Our AI Assistant, Janani, can understand the parent’s needs and provide personalised recommendations and insights tailored to each parent’s unique needs and circumstances,” Joseph explained.

Cuddle has real human mentors to help parents along the way, in addition to the AI, he said.

“We also have short video lessons from experts such as gynecologists, paediatricians, lactation consultants, psychologists, relationship experts, and others.” “We have 150+ doctors and experts on our platform who are committed to this Parenting Knowledge Revolution,” Joseph said.
