Hriday Raj Gothwal, a young tech-savvy chefling of Grade XII of Ryan International School, Mansarovar, competed in the IIHM Young Chef India Competition 2021 and won first place in Rajasthan, receiving a certificate and a cash prize of 20,000 rupees.Hriday created his signature dish, which was judged based on parameters such as dish preparation and presentation, unique name, nutritional value, and hygiene.We are proud of his accomplishment and wish him well in his future endeavors.
