‘Life is beautiful, the difference is only attitude’ and the film ‘Nazar Andaz‘ explains the most beautiful perspective of life. But, the poster of the film ‘Nazar Andaz’ is such that this log line of the film is understood from a different perspective. Seeing the poster, it also appears to be a comedy film that came out of the Mumbai film mill. But, call it a coincidence or something, the trailer of the film got clicked remotely while scouring YouTube on Smart TV. I felt a little different after watching the trailer. Find out if there is any advance show of the film? And, in an era of movies that have become noisy with background music, gimmicky acting and special effects, a true cinema has come to be seen! Kumud Mishra’s flawless art
If seen, Kumud Mishra is such a superstar stuck on the margins of Hindi cinema who should have been blindfolded for his previous lead character ‘Ram Singh Charlie’. But he got the series ‘Dr. Arora Gupta Pathologist. Ali Abbas Zafar definitely gave him the role of the main villain in his film ‘Jogi’ according to his acting ability. But, even for the award organizers who distribute Revdi to their loved ones, it is difficult to ignore their performance after ‘Nazar Andaz’. This film is such a feeling that can be felt only by watching. Up top it is the acceptance of such a blind person with life in whose heart the love of love has been buried since childhood. In the film ‘Nazar Andaz’, the protagonist Sudhir Bhai comes on screen for the first time and is seen standing at one end of the road. Another visually impaired appeals to him to cross the road and he holds her hand and walks down the road between the vehicles. Both reach safely at the other end of the road. Sudhir Bhai says, ‘Don’t make a habit of waiting for help. Otherwise, you will be left standing on that side of the road. To live life without fear of bad luck. Khandvi is his favorite food, which is associated with his own town, Mandvi. Sudhir Bhai has his own desires, which he fulfills by standing in a car with an open roof and going on long walks outside Mumbai and sometimes by walking barefoot on the grass. But, he has only one pain that he could not run even four steps in his life on his own. Ali and Bhavani join hands of Sudhir Bhai to bring the story to this end.

Ali’s name springs from the mind of Sudhir Bhai as soon as ‘Gully Boy’ is mentioned. He wants Ali to come running whenever he calls ‘ya Ali help’. Ali himself does not know what his name is. Growing up in the streets of Mumbai, a city of over two crore people, Ali is a professional thief. But, Sudhir Bhai gives him a hideout in his house. He also asks if he doesn’t get scared by trusting a stranger. Sudhir Bhai’s answer is another philosophy of life. He says, “The person who no one trusts, the person who trusts him should be deceived, this should not happen.” On the other hand, Bhavani is a misogynist daughter from Haryana. It was only after meeting Sudhir Bhai that he came to know what true love is. He is a ‘chant’. He has an eye on Sudhir Bhai’s legacy. She orders all the food on mobile. Sudhir Bhai thinks he is skilled in cooking. This confluence of all three is the breath of the film ‘Nazar Andaz’. Sometimes they crumble and sometimes they fade. And, when the matter reaches to the extent of gasping Sudhir Bhai’s arms and running away fearlessly, then the story gets the other end.

Naseeruddin Shah must watch movie
A whole book can be written about the film ‘Nazar Andaz’. But watching movies is important, reading is not that important. How important is true writing to keep a film close to life, it can be understood from this film. Rishi Virmani has written life on the story of Laxman Utekar and Vikrant. Years ago when Naseeruddin Shah was talked about blind characters, he called Amitabh Bachchan’s acting in the film ‘Black’ as fake. He was comparing her to his performance in his film Sparsh. I hope that Naseer will definitely watch the film ‘Nazar Andaz’ as soon as he gets his first chance and once again compare his performance with that of Kumud Mishra. This is probably director Vikrant Deshmukh’s first film and he has brought his feet out of the cradle in the very first film. Thank you for making a film like ‘Nazar Andaz’! Thanks also for choosing him a great team. Rakesh Ranjan’s cinematography has fine-tuned the plot of the film, while Nihar Ranjan’s sound design keeps the film sound-loving.
