Pakistan gained an advantage on the third day with a score of 221/5. The innings was carried by Agha Salman and Saud Shakeel. Between them, Agha Salman and Saud Shakeel scored 177 runs. After 83 runs, Salman was out. Shaheen scored 9 runs, and Nauman Ali finished with 25 runs before heading back to the pavilion. Naseem Shah was dismissed at the same time after scoring 6 runs in 78 balls. Finally, the batter Abrar Ahmed could only manage 10 runs. With a 208*, Saud Shakeel maintained his perfect record. The first innings saw Pakistan score 461 runs in total.
