In an endeavor to stress on health, hygiene and changes pertaining to puberty and adolescence, an interactive session was conducted at Sine International School by Dr. V. K. Kapoor
Dr. Priya Marwah, Dr. Shewta Sharma, Dr. Srishti Jainand and Dr. Sangita Sharma from Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital for the students of Grades 8 to 12.
The session started with an ice – breaking followed by lecture, discussion, demonstration. It was good to know that the children had a bit idea about it. In the end all the doubts, misconceptions and queries were answered.

During the Session, the students were apprised about the science behind menstruation followed by a discussion about the myths surrounding it. They were also explained about the hormonal and mental changes which the body undergoes during the menstruation period.
It was an interactive session wherein the students not only clarified their doubts but also confidently discussed their experiences and challenges.
