Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Any new skill always feels awkward and stressful at first, but the more you do it, the more comfortable it will be.What are the things that you believe are worth doing but are afraid of doing yourself  because of disappointment or failure? write those things. This process will not only allow you to clearly identify your discomforts zone, but your comforts zone also. It is only fear that holds us back from stepping out of our comfort zone. if the discomfort is because you have never done that before, it makes you nervous, then consider your decision again. Stepping outside one’s comfort zone can be a rewarding experience.

Our comfort zone is neither a good or bad thing. It’s a natural state that most people trend towards. Leaving it means increased risk, which can have positive and negative results .but don’t demonize your comfort zone as something holding you back. With a little understanding and a few adjustments, you can break away from your routine and step out of your comfort zone
