Mrs. Pinto, M.D. was awarded the World Women’s Leadership Award in Education for 2015.

Mumbai, Feb 16, 2015: Ryan International Group of Institutions, India’s largest K12 focused group with over 128 institutes had one more reason to celebrate, when Madam Grace Pinto, the Group Managing Director, was awarded the World Women’s Leadership Award in Education for 2015.

The award was presented at a glittering ceremony at the World Women Leadership Congress & Awards held at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai on February 14, 2015.  Over 30 women achievers across the globe were honored for their contributions in various areas including education, women’s empowerment, business, entrepreneurship and social work etc. Some of the other awardees included – Dr. Shirin Sharmin Chaudhry, MP, Hon’ble Speaker, Bangaldesh Parliament;  Ms. Vrinda Menon, MD – Ops Technology, Goldman Sachs, New York; Ms Jennifer Karina, Chief Commissioner- Kenya Girl Guides Association, Kenya and Ms. Narmin Ismail, President & CEO, Spark of Hope Foundation, Canada.

Speaking on the occasion, Madam Grace Pinto, Managing Director, said, “I thank Lord Jesus Christ for this recognition.  We will continue to work to educate the downtrodden, the disadvantaged as well as the well-off sections of society. We have been given a mission to educate the children of this world and we will continue to give our best to fulfil that mission. This award goes to my family who always supports me in all my endeavours and to my team of Principals, Teachers, students and specially our parents who are integral part of our mission to educate.”
