Q1: Tell us about your background
Ans 1 I am Ruplekha Sinharoy doctorate in teaching and education, heal your life coach, motivational speaker, done my diploma in Psychological counselling , Buddhist practioner of the Lotus Sutra, Reiki grand master , healer and Tarot card reader

Q2: Tell us about your contribution to the society
Ans 2 my contribution has been small but impactful and I still need to do more, I cater to the education and holistic development of underprivileged children all over West Bengal and Kolkata approximately 1000 children, we empower 380 women by literacy , mental health , physical health and employment, we also work towards bettering our environment by doing community cleaning and planting trees in Sundarbans and lastly we have touched a very sensitive project -project vishnupriya for the empowerment of transgenders and we are work in progress
Q3: How did you plan to be a founder of a charitable organisation, what was the key challenge?
Ans 3 I never planned to be the founder of Lotus Rescue , it happened because of compassion. I started teaching 4 street children on the doorstep of my house with my own children and giving them food. The key challenge is to make the children stay in the main course and drilling a lot of awareness to care givers of the children
Q4: Explain about your career and the challenges that you faced starting your career.
Ans 4 my career started well but the main challenge was I had three small children myself. To balance family and work was a huge challenge. But I managed. I have good children who are now grown up to be fine young ladies with a big heart and always doing their bit to the society
Q5: What are your future plans and projects?
Ans 5 My future plans is to continuously make a difference to somebody life positively and the organisation could become self sustaining

Q6: Tell us about your organisation
Ans 6 Lotus Rescue was born from the heart with a mission for a more equal and a compassionate society
Q7: Tell us one thing which you feel that sets you/your organisation apart from other
Ans 7 I am the organisation and the organisation is me. We are a group of individuals who are just trying to make lives happier and better. From the founder to the volunteer to the beneficiaries we all live and work like a family unit. That’s what sets us apart
Q8: What message you want to give to the society from your work.
Ans 8 Try to make a difference in one person life and you would have changed his or her whole world
