Following Centre’s announcement, Rajasthan government also increases DA for employees by 4 percent

Amidst the political developments in Rajasthan, the Gehlot government has given gifts to government employees before Diwali. The government has increased the DA of state employees. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot gave this information by tweeting. Gehlot said that in line with the central government employees, the rate of dearness allowance of state employees and dearness relief payable to pensioners has been increased by four percent. Now 38 percent dearness allowance and dearness relief rate will be payable to state employees and pensioners from July 1, 2022. The central government makes the announcement first, but its implementation takes place after a long time. Whereas our government also disburses the increased amount without delay.

An additional expenditure of Rs 1096 crore will be incurred from the state fund in implementing today’s announcement made in the interest of the employees. About 7 lakh employees and pensioners will benefit from this order. Let us tell you that before Diwali, the Gehlot government is going to announce bonus soon.
