International Yoga Day Celebration at Tree House High School

Credent TV | International Yoga Day Celebrated at Tree House High School, Jaipur. Yoga is the journey of the self, to the self, through the self !” In the atmosphere where children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, incessant lessons, video games, malls, and competitive sports,yoga is the only tool to relieve them of all anxieties and pressures. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s noncompetitive.

Tree House High School (THHS) Jaipur, celebrated 8th International Yoga Day on 21st June, 2022 in full spirit with parents, students and staff ,putting body, mind and soul united. Students presented wonderful dance performance depicting importance of all yoga asanas , beautifully. Parents alongwith the students performed all the yogas and celebrated the day with full zeal. Principal, Mrs. Sarita Sharma welcomed the parents and geared the students up, to practice Yoga in their daily lives as they are the future of a healthy nation.

Editor-in-chief at Credent TV, Director at Ishanavi Music and a prominent motivational speaker , Mr. Sunil Narnaulia graced the occasion with his golden words and motivated the students to follow Yoga as well as their mentors who are the essence of their survival.
