Mental Health Awareness in India is very less. Do you agree?

Yes, people are not very aware about mental health like physical health. Infact, the sufferer doesn’t know that he is suffering of mental health issue during the initial stage. The best way to get out of it is take professional help. I have seen difference in my clients. Worry, Insecurity and fear are the causes of mental health. Reason could be anything in life. This creates negative thoughts and body comes in low vibration. You become unable to think positive because of this. Fear gets converted into anxiety and when this anxiety is suppressed for a long time it becomes depression.
