Tilak Public School celebrated its Annual Sports Meet
Jaipur, 24th Dec., | Tilak Public School celebrated its Annual Sports Meet on 24th December, 2014 with lot of joy and excitement.
The eye-catching events began with the welcoming of the Chief Guest Ashok Lahoti, Parshad and Secretary State BJP by the Director Shri R. S. Tanwar & the Principal Smt. Sushma Sharma. The CEO of the institution Shri Akshay Singh Tanwar presented bouquet and memento to the Chief Guest.
The Chief Guest declared the Annual Sports Meet open by lighting the torch. House wise march past was performed led by the Sports Captain Utsav Shekhawat. Oath of fair and honest participation in the sports was administered to the students by Shri R. S. Chauhan, Sports Inchagre.
The main attractions were the Aerobics, Pyramid formation, spoon and lemon race, slow cycling race, sack race, three legged race, tug of war.
Demonstration of Surya Namaskar and other yogic postures were also exhibited by the students.
The winners were awarded medals and certificates.
The Chief Guest Shri Ashok Lahoti rendered motivational and inspiring words of wisdom to the assembly present.
The CEO Shri Akshay Singh Tanwar extended the Vote of Thanks.
The function ended with the National Anthem.
