Aarohan Poornima 2023, a three-day annual sports, cultural, and technical festival

Jaipur – Aarohan Poornima 2023, a three-day annual sports, cultural, and technical festival, was recently held in Jaipur by the Poornima Group of Colleges (PGC). Students had the opportunity to enjoy and learn from live performances by well-known artists at the festival, including the Bollywood composer team Salim-Sulaiman, singer Papon, and actor Vikalp Mehta.

The torch was lit to officially open the festival by MKM Shah, Director General of PGC. Tu Jo Mila, one of the most well-known songs, was performed by Papon to start the cultural evening on the first day. He also sang other well-known songs, including “Mhare Hivde Me Lagi,” “Pehla Nasha,” “Ek Ajnabi Haseena Se,” “Lag Ja Gale,” “Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Ye,” and the Rajasthani song “Baisa Ra Bira.” After observing the students’ enthusiasm, Papon described Arohan Poornima as a musical college.

The children were charmed by Vikalp Mehta, also known as junior Akshay Kumar, during his comic performance while he danced to songs like “Main Khiladi Tu Anari” and “Main Tera Hero.” Six kids were also invited to perform on-stage artist impersonations.

The second day’s DJ Night featured mashups of recent and classic songs on a variety of beats, which the PCE and PIET students enthusiastically liked. Salim-live Sulaiman’s performance, which included versions of numerous Bollywood classics, including the tune “Qurbaan Hua,” brought the festival to a close. On the song “Zindadili,” singers Raj Pandit and Vipul Mehta also put on a powerful performance.
