FAREWELL CEREMONY – 18th February 2018

Leaving School is like leaving the nest leaving the past behind. It’s time to spread the wings and soar high into the sky.

To bid farewell to the outgoing batch of class XII S V Public School, Adarsh Nagar organized a Farewell Ceremony on 18^th February 2018 in the school auditorium. The ceremony started with the welcome of class XII students. The students were dressed up to their best, Girls who never fail to put on a show were draped in gorgeous saris and evening gowns bought specially for the occasion. The function began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Members of the Management. Lord Ganesha’s blessings were sought thereafter. An incredible dance item on Bollywood was presented by class XI students. The play on School life brought back the sweet sour memories of everyone’s   journey from childhood to adolescence.

The new Prefectorial Team with Rajswee Surana as the Head Girl and Nishant Choudhary as the Head Boy was appointed for the upcoming session 2018-19. The Prefectorial Council took a pledge to fulfill their responsibility to the best of their ability. Titles such as Miss and                        Mr. Farewell, Mr. Twinkle Toes, Mr. Desi Wrapper, Ms. Encyclopedia were given.

The Hon’ble Chairman of the institution   Justice I.S. Israni showered his blessings on the students. Words of wisdom were spoken by the teachers. The students were given mementoes as token of love. Students reminisced their fun-filled days in school and expressed how difficult it was to go out of the portals of their alma mater.

The school Principal Mrs. Rita P Taneja wished the students all love and luck in the world. It was the end of a beautiful day marked with both happiness and sorrow and lots and lots of love.
