REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS AT XAVIER’S NEVTA

St. Xavier’s School Nevta celebrated the 75th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour on 26th January, 2024

The ceremony began with the welcoming and felicitation of special guests- School Manager – Fr.Arockiya S Swami , Principal Fr. Sangeeth Raj , Vice Principal Fr. Arul Anthony & Head Mistress
Sr. Leeda Desouza.
The celebrations, held at the school premises, commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by the chief guest Mr. Rajendra Bartar. It was followed by singing of the National Anthem.
Senior choir, thereafter, presented a heart touching patriotic song to invoke the feeling of love andrespect for the nation.
Republic Day speech was made by the senior wing student Mst. Abhimanyu Tiwari highlighting the value and significance of being a republic nation.

and Ms Bhavya filled the audience with pride and respect for our veteran leaders.
The assembly was also graced with a foot tapping dance performance by senior students. The
vivacious dancers filled the stage with profound emotions, zeal and enthusiasm.
The Chief Guest elaborated upon the responsibility of a committed citizen that we all owe to thisgreat nation. He emphasized on keeping education as the top motive to contribute in the service of this great nation.
Principal, Fr. Sangeeth Raj addressed the gathering and urged the students to embrace the spirit of patriotism and hardwork to contribute positively to the growth and progress of our country.
The event drew to a close with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Parichay Sharma. His words
reverberated the sentiments of the entire gathering, expressing gratitude to the special guests,
parents and to the organizers of the event for their collective efforts
