SRN Sports Extravaganza

SRN International School witnessed the sportsman spirit andimpudence of young daredevils during the SRN Sports Week. The Sports meet was inaugurated by Mr. Shree Ram Singh Shekhawat  a former Indian middle-distance runner. He had been the proud winner in Asian Games, Montreal Olympics in the 800 mt. raceThis was a great opportunity to encourage young students to get linked with sport and games.

School Chairman Mr. Ravi Shankar Sharma illuminated the Sports baton to announce ‘the Sports Week open’. The occurrence was loaded with many interesting race for the kids like Swatch Bharat, Jhansi ki Rani, Sunflower race, Hot Air balloon race, Butterfly race, andfor the seniorsathletics  like 50 mts. 100mts., 200mts., 400 meter races, relay race, long and high jump, short put, disc throw, javelin throw and many more. The boys and girls participated under sub-junior, junior, sub-senior and senior categories.  Students from Harmony, Serene, Quest and Valour performed considerably well. They showcased their actual grit which peaked to zenith at the crucial time of culmination.

Chairperson and Principal of the school distributed the medals. Optimum Gold Medals were bagged by Valour House and declared as the Winner. Chairperson Mr. Ravi Shankar eulogized the endeavors of students and enlightened that sports are an essential element and helps developing the special intelligence, logistic intelligence and intra structural potentialities.
