Credent TV | Under the auspices of Mukt Manch, the 61st monthly seminar was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Pushpalata Garg and former Indian Administrative Service officer and thinker Arun Kumar Ojha on the topic “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and Challenges of Amrit Kaal’. The seminar was coordinated by Shri Krishna Sharma, President of “Shabd Sansar’.

Presiding over the seminar, thinker Arun Ojha said that our development model is one-sided which gives priority to physical development. It is proving to be a boon for the rich. Due to this the sources of human consciousness are drying up.

Chief guest educationist and senior litterateur Dr Narendra Sharma Kusum said that we have reached the gate of freedom by crossing the deep river of blood. Therefore, the valuable achievements of the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence are memorable and commendable. There are countless achievements in many fields from science to industry. Our road is still thorny. The challenge of unemployment, inflation and inequality exists. We should become the liberator of the sufferings of the people by considering the nation as paramount while representing the democratic values.

Former IAS and former chairman of Dang Area Development Board, Dr. SN Singh said that due to the five year plans, systematic development has taken place in all the areas. Despite illiteracy, poverty and inequality, progress was made. The country will progress only with positive thinking and harmony.

Social worker and former IAS R.C. Jain said that the model of development we chose has widened the gap of economic inequality and increased social disharmony. It should be changed so that the development, equality and equality of the poor, underprivileged people are realized. There is a need for radical changes in the education system.

Eminent satirist poet Farooq Afridy said that multidimensional development has taken place in 75 years, but the challenges of unemployment, inflation, and communalism are still taking a formidable form, only with the solution of which the country will be able to progress.

Engineer Damodar Chirania said that privatization and PPP model is increasing chaos in all sectors. Growing a work culture that is against the rules is dangerous.

The ideologue Dr. Janak Raj Swami expressed concern that merit is being overlooked. The concept of Ram Rajya or Gandhi’s Swaraj has been forgotten.
Former banker Indra Bhansali said that due to freebies, the debt on the governments has increased and the economy is getting affected and work culture has been eroded.

Program Coordinator Shri Krishna Sharma said that through Green Revolution, White Revolution, Industrial Revolution, Technology and Technological Revolution, the country has joined the fifth largest economy of the world. India has become self-sufficient in food grains.

At the seminar, eminent financial advisor RK Sharma, senior writers Dr Sushma Sharma and Vishnu Lal Sharma also expressed their views.
